I went there just for the spa and unfortunately wasn’t the greatest experience. Starting with the fact that there wasn’t enough space to leave our stuff in the locker room and the lights were off and even the cleaning staff wasn’t able to quite help us, there wasn’t a hair dryer, we had to go up and down to receive towels and leave our backpacks at the reception, and on top of that the jacuzzi wasn’t working. So we paid not a small amount of money just for a sauna and a pool (not a problem if we knew before paying for the services that we didn’t receive fully). Very responsive when we had to make the reservation, but when we gave a private feedback…*seen*.
A very nice hotel, with a classic atmosphere and a great breakfast
Very nice hotel. Great service. Amazing breakfast and very tasty food. Clean apartments and nice modern design. There are minor things that need improvement though. It is too hot in the rooms and no possibility to open the windows, even if you turn off the heating it was boiling hot. The WiFi was not working in our room. The fridge in our room 400 was not working, the drinks were hot as the room itself. There was no toothbrush and toothpaste which usually are there, but the towels were clean. These small things made me give only 4 stars, otherwise I would give 5.The overall impression is quite positive and I would recommend it. Especially a huge thanks for our waiter today. He was very pleasant and polite, patient and simply a nice person. I don't know his name but he was really good 👍
It' s an ok-ish hotel that we booked for a work trip. Pro: it's right in the city, pretty close to corporate buildings and just a few bus stations away from the city center (that means you won't have a good view from any room as it is surrounded by apartment buildings / windows / balconies, but you can walk or take a short bus ride to get places - although quite a lot of traffic between 17:00-19:00). The place could use some updates in furniture or room vibe, as it's all a little old in brown and bej. Important: request a room that's further from the elevator as it makes a disturbing sound that wakes you up in the morning and keeps you up late at night. Bathrooms need a little work too as the shower heads leak or don't work. Included breakfast was ok when it was warm. You need to wait a while for the drinks to be served to the tables, better go to the bar yourself and order them.
Not the best location ever but still, not too far from the airport. Very good breeakfast.
I traveled on business and stayed 5 nights on the hotel and I do NOT recommend. The beds are terrible, soft and uneven, weird pillows, the overall hotel need a renew. The breakfast was not even close to what you see on the pictures. Before going to the hotel I recommended to other co-workers that just tried the breakfast 1 morning and preferred to skip all other days.
It's a great place for a short stay. It has private parking, so there's no need to worry about leaving your car safe. The only thing that is worth mentioning when it comes to cons is related to the water temperature at the pool. It was quite cold, to be honest.
Definitely not a four-star hotel. Everything long past its lifetime, clean but not quite, the bathroom vent rattled so loudly I felt like an intruder. Little did I know that I wasn't gonna be the only one intruding: the walls are so thin, I heard someone snoring throughout the night like they were right next to me!
The breakfast buffet was a similarly sad affair.
I do have two positive comments though. The staff was very nice and helpful. And - and believe me, I am as shocked for typing this as you are about to be - the granite floor in the shower is unbelievably pleasant to stand on! 😁
